Kariline Methodist Church is located in Kariline Village, which lies very close to the border of Bhutan. The Bhutan border begins just a short distance from the village.
I began ministry work in this village in 2004. At present, there is no proper church building in Kariline. We conduct worship services and ministry activities in a rented room within a local resident’s house. The rent and electricity expenses are paid from the church fund.
A local church leader is currently serving and overseeing the ministry in this village. I also visit regularly and participate in the ministry work.
Kariline Village is part of the Carron area and is one of the villages situated along the Bhutan border. It is approximately 8 kilometers from my home.
